Nuh uh, Frasier was right though, Roz was squandering that money stupidly and uselessly when she should have been paying more attention to the things she actually needed. Sure when he gives it it’s no longer his but he was just trying to give her some sound advice, as a friend should do
The way Frasier treated Roz was terrible. It wasn’t his business. Even an apology doesn’t make it right since he never understood what he was doing was wrong.
